REGISTRATION
AND HOTEL RESERVATIONS

The
final deadline for faxed or mailed registrations is January
4, 2004
to allow for administration of these items. It will be possible
to register at the Meeting
but the Congress organisers recommend pre-booking to prevent
delays to delegates.

REGISTRATION
DESK
The registration desk will be open on:
Friday January 23, from 7:30 to 18:00
and on Saturday January 24, from 8:00 to 15:00.

The enclosed registration
form must be completed and returned to Atelier Phénix.
Upon receipt of full payment, the participant will receive
a letter of confirmation of
registration and/or the hotel reservation if requested.
The deadline for early registration fees is November
4, 2003. Therefore, if you want
to take advantage of the lower fees offered, please make sure
that your registration
and the payment are sent well in advance.

in the registration fees are:
access to scientific sessions, exhibition hall, online access
to the chapters of sessions,
coffee breaks and lunches. |
BADGES
Only persons with paid conference bagdes are allowed to
attend
the scientific sessions.
METHOD OF PAYMENT
The registration fees for the Congress and the hotel
deposit must accompany the registration form.
