Phénix has made reservations for participants at special
rates in several hotels.
To benefit from these rates, please return your registration
form as soon as possible,
indicating the hotel of your choice and include a second choice,
should the first not be
available. Any changes must be communicated in writing to Atelier
Phénix before
January 5, 2004. Full contact details for the hotel will be
provided in your booking
confirmation letter.
CONFIRMATION
Upon
receipt of the request for accommodation, together with a deposit
(first night)
as detailed on the registration form,or indication of a valid
credit card number,a booking
confirmation letter will be sent to the delegate by e-mail or
mail.No confirmation can
be made if these conditions are not fulfilled.
Prices for Paris hotel accommodation are charged in Euros.
Prices quoted are per room, per night, tax included.
CANCELLATION
AND REFUNDS
Atelier
Phénix must be notified of any cancellations in writing.
For cancellations received
prior to December 20, 2003, the registration fee and the hotel
deposit will be refunded
minus 100 euros (administrative fee). No refund can be made
after that date.
